Paul Howard Indexing System – for maximum precision
With this indexing system you can lock the spindle of your lathe in an incredible number of different positions. This allows you to carry out operations on your workpiece with, for example, a router or a drill. The extensive indexing system (designed by Paul Howard) with 60, 48, 36 and 14 divisions offers woodturners the widest possible range of variations.
Features
- Suitable for any lathe with M33 x 3.5 spindle thread
- The disc is not screwed on, but placed over the spindle and clamped by a chuck or faceplate
- Disc diameter: 250 mm
- Usable from a center height of at least 130 mm
- Includes index lock with setting arm that can be clamped onto the bed

- 14 holes: 1, 2, 7
- 36 holes: 1, 2, 3, 4, 9, 12, 18
- 48 holes: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 16, 24
- 60 holes: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 20, 30
