Cyclone Dust Extractor – CDEX1.2

The dust extractors of the CDEX series use cyclone technology. This technology draws dust and wood chips into the collection drum with high force and spins them along the outer wall of the drum. As a result, the filters stay clean for much longer, because the debris falls to the bottom of the collection drum. This ensures powerful, consistent extraction and a longer service life for both filters and motors.
So powerful (330m3/hour) that the inlet has a diameter of no less than 10 cm. The machine is supplied with a 2-metre flexible hose with a diameter of 100 mm, suitable for connection to, for example, an extraction hood with articulated arm. Always sufficient suction power and no more clogged hoses!
What makes these extractors unique is that they are switched on using a magnetic switch, which can be placed anywhere on your lathe (or other machine).
Dust extractors inevitably generate noise. With the CDEX series, this is limited to just 72 dB (with the hose connected).
Three-stage filtration (down to 0.5 micron)
The CDEX filtration system consists of two washable fabric filters and one paper fine-dust filter, which removes dust particles down to 0.5 micron from the air. As a result, the air leaving the extractor is virtually clean.
